Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge Brings DOA’s Kasumi as a Playable Character

That’s right Team Ninja fans, you read that title correctly. During the Nintendo Direct conference held early today, the head of Team Ninja, Yosuke Hayashi, spoke a bit about Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge for the Wii U. While he was mainly going over some of the game’s background, he reconfirmed that Momiji, Hayabusa Village’s Shrine Maiden (was in NG: Dragon Sword and NG Sigma 2), will be coming to the game with her own chapters to play as a free patch update very soon.

However, Hayashi made a very surprising announcement alongside this. For the first time ever in Ninja Gaiden history, Kasumi (from Dead or Alive) will be coming to Razor’s Edge in another free patch update!

When Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge released, I provided an incredibly in-depth review as to why the game is an absolute must-own for any Wii U owner looking for an intense action game. Overall though, it is certainly exciting to see Team Ninja is pushing out more content through Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge.
