This year marks Ratchet & Clank’s 10th anniversary and a surprise announcement was made earlier today from Insomniac’s CEO, Ted Price, in which a new Ratchet & Clank title is in development for the PS3. Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault (you have to hand it to Insomniac’s witty subtitles for their Ratchet games) will be a PSN exclusive and promises to return to the series’ “classic” feel.
Ted Price stated that the “series’ classic feel, camera, controls and weapons, while innovating and giving you a whole new way to play” are all in effect here. He also went on to confirm that the Ratchet & Clank HD Collection will be coming to North America later this summer.
